Dr Alessia Scerri DVM MRCVS


Dr. Alessia graduated from the University of Veterinary Medicine in Budapest in 2020. After completing her studies, she began her professional journey in the United Kingdom, where she gained valuable hands-on experience in veterinary practice. She continued to expand her expertise upon returning to Malta, further developing her knowledge in both small and large animal care.

Driven by her deep passion for helping animals, Dr Alessia is now based in Malta, where she is committed to improving the health and well-being of her patients. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time on the family farm and exploring the outdoors with her adventurous dogs, often accompanied by family and friends.

Her dedication to veterinary care, both in and outside of the clinic, reflects her compassionate and well-rounded approach to her work.

Daniela Svensson VN

Daniela graduated from Abivet in Rome, where she completed her studies with dedication and a strong commitment to the veterinary profession. Throughout her academic journey, she actively sought hands-on experience by working in a veterinary hospital and clinic, and volunteered her time assisting Dr. Alessia in various clinical settings. This valuable practical exposure allowed Daniela to engage with real-world cases and contribute meaningfully to patient care.

Now a qualified professional, Daniela demonstrates her devotion to animal health and well-being. In her free time, she enjoys immersing herself in nature, always accompanied by her beloved animals—an extension of her deep-rooted love for the natural world alongside her family.

Microchipping and Passport Services

A microchip is a 15-digit identification number. It helps people identify animals, lost or stolen and enable owners to retrieve their pets. It contains your pet’s unique details, recorded with your details logged in the national database.

A passport is a form of identification which allows your pet to travel from one country to another. It includes pet and owner details, is certified by a veterinarian, and can only be issued when an animal has a registered microchip.

Your pet must have its Rabies vaccinations up to date to travel with a passport.

We offer travel check-up services, be sure to plan well in advance due to certain travel requirements.
