Indications for Use
This is a deworming (endoparasiticides) product for Dogs in tablet form.
For the treatment of mixed infections by the following species of nematodes and cestodes in dogs:
Roundworms
-Ascarids (adult and late immature forms): Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina.
Hookworms (adults):
-Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma caninum.
Whipworms (adults):
-Trichuris vulpis.
Tapeworms (adult and immature forms)
-Echinococcus granulosus, Echinococcus multilocularis, Dipylidium caninum, Taenia.
Directions for Use
Drontal is safe to use in pregnant and lactating dogs.
Mix the tablet in food or in an Easy pill pocket, found on our website.
Give tablet dose once every 3 months.
For oral administration only.
For dogs weighing:
2-5kg = 0.5 Tablet;
>5-10kg = 1 Tablet;
>10-15kg = 1.5 Tablets;
>15-20kg = 2 Tablets;
For dogs over 20kg contact us for guidance.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains,
150 mg febantel.
50 mg pyrantel (equivalent to 144 mg pyrantel embonate).
50 mg praziquantel.
Precautions
Always wash your hands after administering Drontal Dog.
Store this medicine in its original packaging and remember to keep all medicines out of the reach of children.
